Why Your Photo Matters

As an EA/PA, you are often the first impression of the principal you support. A professional, friendly image builds instant trust and shows you’re confident representing high-profile individuals.

✅ Do’s

  • Head & shoulders (cropped mid-chest up)
  • Neutral background (plain wall, blurred office, light gradient)
  • Natural light facing you (no harsh shadows)
  • Professional attire: blazer, blouse, or collared shirt in solid colors
  • Neat grooming, minimal jewelry, hair off face
  • Soft, confident smile — approachable but professional

❌ Don’ts

  • Selfies or party/wedding photos
  • Busy backgrounds or distracting décor
  • Sunglasses, hats, or trendy filters
  • Heavy retouching or AI images that don’t look like you
  • Overly casual clothing (t-shirts, hoodies, loud prints)

Quick Checklist

  • Neutral, uncluttered background
  • Professional outfit in solid color
  • Natural, even lighting
  • Approachable, confident expression
  • File name: Firstname_Lastname_Headshot_2025.jpg

TSR Note: “As an EA/PA, you are an extension of your principal. Your photo should communicate calm capability, discretion, and warmth – at a glance.”
